Rise & Shine Retreats

We requested a booking less than 24 hours in advance due to a family emergency and the host was quick to confirm my stay and send all check in instructions. My siblings and I all felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was clean and very convenient. Love the rainfall shower and little porch.

Loved our stay here! The host was very attentive to all our needs and communication was great. The location is set more in a neighborhood outside of Downtown Portland so it was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Right at the end of the street, within a couple hundred feet walking distance, was a wonderful bagel place (Rose Foods) for breakfast/lunch. Grocery stores were close by as well as a drug store. We rented a vehicle so being 1 mile outside of downtown wasn't a big deal for us but if you're looking to be in walking distance to everything (which we personally weren't) this place might not be for you. If you're looking for a great location close to the highway, Downtown, airport, clean, roomy, and free parking this is definitely worth the stay! Thanks again.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect place to rest and relax in between adventures. The space was open enough to spread out without being too large. We enjoyed the option of the outdoor roof deck space as well. Would definitely book again if we find ourselves in Portland for another trip!

This is the place to stay if you want to explore Portland or other places in the area! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

This place was perfect if you are going to explore Acadia for a few days. Everything was within a 30 minute drive, and absolutely beautiful. The yard was beautiful and relaxing. The space was stocked with plenty of coffee, spices and other necessities! The main house has two bedrooms with an additional guest house with a third bedroom. Great for multiple families traveling together.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. We slept well and were able to relax in the space. We appreciated having the cart to wheel the beach chairs down to the beach. We also enjoyed local restaurants and parks. Would stay again for sure!

Impeccable AirBnB!! The loft was absolutely gorgeous and more beautiful in person. Anything you need is available and we were pleasantly surprised by the vintage record player. The location is perfect - 10 min to downtown yet the rooftop is a quiet oasis. I was blown away by the quality of the unit and all of the details.

The house exceeded our expectations. The amenities, the layout and design were great. House in pristine condition. Easy and quick access to stores, restaurants and site sightseeings. We are already planing our comeback in fall. Thanks for hosting us

This place is worth the stay. Going to Old Orchard beach has been a tradition for my family. It’s very important for me to take my family to a comfortable stay away from home. I have 3 children and a pet, everyone seemed in good spirits during this stay. The house is clean, it has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio. My children and I were able to enjoy every space of the house without complaints. The house is at a walking distance from the beach, last minute shopping was around the corner. I have nothing but nice this to share about my experience. Definitely thinking about renting the house again. Thank you for all that you provided, Rise and Shine Retreats.
