Me and my Nana absolutely loved our stay at Rise & Shine Retreat’s loft. The hosts provided a very helpful PDF booklet that gave detailed instructions about the unit and included lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. It was about ten minutes from the Portland airport without feeling too close to the chaos. The space was beautiful and showcased the features of the home’s older charm. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to our hosts.

The photographs provides only a snapshot of this beautiful property. Walking through the front door and confronting the absolutely stunning mountaintop vista from the balcony is truly an amazing experience. The west-facing floor to ceiling windows perfectly frames the sunset. We enjoyed the extremely comfortable two-night stay and hope to return to experience Rangeley in the fall or winter.

This place was gorgeous with wildflower meadows, beautiful landscaping, and a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our time here, very closer to the lake, and the hot tub was very nice.

We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed our stay. Easy to find. Parking was easy. Close to where we were going. Places were clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect for what we needed.

Stayed with two other people for a weekend girls' trip! It was perfect as everyone could have their own bed and we had lots of space for WFH and hanging out together. Clean and great communication from the host.

Awesome stay! House is perfect to accommodate a larger group. Plenty of space and the hot tub, fireplace, and yard games were a must have! Everything was extremely cleanly, and the house had everything one might need. Would always recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Belgrade! The cabin-style interior was warm, inviting, and spotless upon arrival. The open layout and large windows gave us stunning views of the lake from sunrise to sunset. The living room was the perfect spot to relax after a day outside. The location is unbeatable — right on the water with comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

This place worked out great for us! My husband and I took my Mom with us to see some of the sights in Old Orchard Beach, Portland, and Ogunquit. It was a great location for walking the Old Orchard Beach area, and for branching out to other Maine areas quickly with easy access to the Maine turnpike. The beach and lots of restaurants were within walking distance, but far away enough for some peace and quiet. The house was a comfortable size, clean, comfy, and the decor was super cute and beachy!

easy to read: The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, close to a supermarket, restaurants, and a brewery. The host was quick to respond to our questions. We had a good stay and would be happy to come back.
